In accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015

Introduction
StageBlock Ltd is a UK-based creative studio working at the intersection of art, performance, and technology. We produce original, high-quality artworks and digital content that draw on deep research and creative collaboration with leading artists. As part of the wider creative industries, we are committed to operating responsibly and ethically in all areas of our business.

We fully support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitative practices within our organisation and throughout our supply chains.

Our Business and Structure
StageBlock Ltd is a registered limited company in England (Company No. 13367743). We do not own or operate subsidiaries, and our core activities focus on producing original artwork, curating exhibitions, and creative storytelling across physical and digital platforms.

Our workforce includes a mirco permanent team and a wider network of freelance collaborators, artists, designers, and technicians. We occasionally contract services for production, logistics, or fabrication support, and we remain mindful of the risks of exploitation in these areas.

Our Supply Chains
We work with suppliers in the UK and internationally, primarily for materials, logistics, technical services, and marketing support. While we believe the risk of modern slavery within our direct supply chains is low due to the nature and scale of our work, we remain vigilant, particularly when sourcing physical materials or services that involve manufacturing, shipping, or subcontracting.

Our Commitment
StageBlock Ltd does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking in any form. We aim to ensure that all individuals working with or for us are treated with dignity and respect, and that labour is freely chosen and fairly compensated.

What We Do

  • We work only with suppliers and freelancers who meet ethical standards and operate legally and transparently.

  • We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and subcontractors as appropriate for the scope of work.

  • We maintain open communication channels with all collaborators and provide a clear point of contact for raising concerns.

  • We avoid high-risk sourcing regions unless we have robust knowledge of the parties involved.

Future Actions
As our operations expand, we intend to formalise our supplier code of conduct and include clear anti-slavery clauses in relevant contracts. We also plan to develop internal awareness guidance on recognising and reporting potential signs of exploitation in the creative production pipeline.

Reporting Concerns
Any concerns about unethical conduct or labour practices related to StageBlock Ltd or its collaborators can be raised confidentially via our contact page. We take such matters seriously and will investigate promptly and appropriately.

Approval
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applies to the financial year ending 31 March 2025. It has been approved by the Director of StageBlock Ltd.
